By using PicReviver ("the service"), you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain.
The service
PicReviver lets you enhance, restore and convert photographs in your browser, free of charge. We offer it "as is" and may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
Your content and rights
- You keep all rights to the photos you upload. We claim no ownership.
- You must only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
- You are responsible for the content you upload and how you use the results.
Acceptable use
Don't use PicReviver to process illegal content, infringe anyone's rights, or abuse the service (for example, automated bulk hammering, attempts to overload or break it, or circumventing usage limits). We may block access that harms the service or other users.
Free and paid use
Restoring up to five photos at a time is free. Larger batches may require an optional paid option in future; any pricing will be shown clearly before you pay.
No warranty
Results depend on your source photo and are not guaranteed. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicReviver is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or images, arising from your use of the service. Always keep your own copy of important photos.
Advertising
The service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
